Today we learnt how to start making shirts, pants, faces and other things on photoshop for Second Life. So far I’ve started a shirt and aim to finish the shirt and also some pants for my avatar. I am still using the same link given in the lesson and am going to find new sites soon.

 Yes I am satisfied with the work my group is doing and the rate we are doing it at is fine. At this point in time no one is not pulling their weight and were all doing work.

 What significant moment in Indigenous History occurs this week?

What is your aim for this lesson?

Kevin Rudd apologises to the Indiginous Austrlian people for the stolen generationon behalf of the parliament.

The Definition of suplementary is: substantial additional work which appends, incorporates, is appended to, or is incorporated into, the original Material”. We can include this as supplementary material by lookiing at exactly how the stolen generation was treated and also using itin our preamble project. This lesson i am going to try and put my information togther in the form of a preamble.

2. Discuss briefly why you consider them to be inspiring.

3. Import atleast ONE picture and ONE hyperlink that can add to the information you have provided about your inspiring person or inspiring people in general.

 One person I consider to inspire me is Muhammad Ali. Mohammad was born on the 17th January in 1942. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky. Ali grew up painting billboards and signs, while his mother stay home and raised him. He finished High School at 369 out of 391 people in 1960. He is known for his quick hands a footwork, his first fight was against George Foreman in 1974. His last against Trevor Berbick in 1981.

 I consider MuhammaAlid to inspire me because of his fights, his suffering, injustice he had and how he was determined to change all that.

1. Why is it important to have regular group meetings?

2. Outline TWO other tools or strategies that can be used to assist group work.

3. Discuss THREE problems that you may face from working in your group.

It is important to have group meeting because the group must meet regularly to discuss problems and topics, if there isn’t regular group meetings the group may not communicate as well as it should. A tool that could be used to assist the group in their work are Microsoft OneNote so thaey can upload all their documents so everyone can see and download them. A strategy could be to keep each others email or coneact info. so that they can stay in touch. Three problems that I may face during my group work are, members not doing enough work, members not doing homework and arguement between the group.

 Inspiring is to simulate and exalt a spirit. The three characteristics I would find in an inspiring person are, smartness, determination, compassion and happiness.
